If you take an unpaid military or other uniformed leave of absence and such leave is covered by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), retroactive contributions for all or a period of your leave can be made after you return to active employment with the Company, provided you return within the period required by USERRA.

Alternatively, you can suspend payments for the duration of your leave. If you suspend payments, interest continues to accrue during the leave. A maximum interest rate cap imposed under federal law could apply.

For the purpose of determining your accrued benefit under the Plan, you will receive credit for each regularly scheduled working hour (exclusive of overtime) during a qualifying leave and your monthly earnings will be deemed to be the same as your monthly earnings for the last month of active service prior to the qualifying leave.
