The Plan at a Glance
This plan covers certain injuries or death resulting from an accident during business travel, including everyday travel to and from work. The Business Travel Accident Insurance Plan also covers most personal air travel. The chart below contains some important Plan features and coverage information. For more information, see "How the Plan Works."

How the Plan Works
  • If you die as a result of an accident during Company business travel or any air travel, the Plan will pay a death benefit amount equal to five times' your annual base salary.
  • There is a minimum death benefit of $125,000 and a maximum of $2,000,000.

  • You are eligible to participate in this program if you meet the eligibility requirements set forth below.

Enrollment
  • Coverage is automatic.
