The Plan Administrator provides information through the MMA 401(k) Plan's website and the Employee Service Center. You can access information and conduct Plan transactions by going online to the MMA 401(k) Plan's website via PeopleLink or by calling the Employee Service Center at +1 866 374 2662.

How to reach
Call the Employee Service Center at +1 866 374 2662 or visit the Plan's website via PeopleLink (www.mmcpeoplelink.com).
  • If you are an active employee, click MMA 401(k) Plan via the Finances tab and from the right navigation bar, select Enroll, view, change benefits under Take Action.
  • If you are a terminated employee, sign in to PeopleLink (www.mmcpeoplelink.com) as a guest and access ibenefitcenter.

Plan's Website: 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Employee Service Center: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern time, any business day
Accessing your account
If you are an active employee:
Online via www.mmcpeoplelink.com
  • To access your account information, you will need your User ID (employee ID) and Password.
If you do not have access to PeopleLink:
Online via www.ibenefitcenter.com
  • To access your account information, you will need your User Name and Password. The first time you log on, your User Name will be your Social Security number and your Password will be the month, day, and year (MMDDYY) of your birth.
  • After you log on, you will be prompted to select a new User Name and Password as part of the account security process.

  • To access the Voice Response System, you will need your Social Security number and personal identification number (PIN) which is the month and year (MMYY) of your birth.
  • Once you access the system, you will be prompted to select a new PIN.
