Choosing a Beneficiary
To choose a beneficiary, complete the Beneficiary Designation Form as instructed. You will be sent a form when you first become eligible to participate or you may obtain a form via PeopleLink (www.mmcpeoplelink.com). If you are an active employee, click Mercer HR Services Ret Plan via the Finances tab and from the right navigation bar, select Beneficiary Forms under Forms and Documents. If you are a terminated employee, sign in to PeopleLink (www.mmcpeoplelink.com) as a guest and access ibenefitcenter for forms.
